What is your return policy for orders placed online through the Specialty Lighting website?
Specialty Lighting strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the product. If you ordered the incorrect product, contact Specialty Lighting for assistance. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping charges on the returned product. You may be subject to a restocking fee.
If your order was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon receipt, you may return the product for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchasing. Contact Specialty Lighting for return instructions and we will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or replace the product.
When returning product, pack materials securely. If returned for a refund, items must be in resalable condition to ensure proper credit. Pack items individually to prevent damage and scratches in transit which may affect credit. All orders will undergo an inspection upon receipt and must be in new condition to receive full credit. Items that arrive broken, scratched, or damaged may be subject to withholding credit.
